Is Sensa a Scam?

Is sensa a scam? A question I searched many nights on the internet to find the truth about. I actually came across many sites that had positive reviews. Many people actually lost weight using this system. The only negative review I could find out about Sensa Diet was that it was hard to remember to sprinkle the little silica crystals on everything you ate.

Other negative reviews were irrelevant to me since they had not even tried the product themselves. People like that shouldn't be making comments in the first place.

When entering the main website, www.trysensa.com and sign up to enter their forum you will be able to talk to others who are actually using the product, as well as those that have not yet made a decision. That is good. This is not an affiliate type program. At least I haven't seen any opportunity like that.

I decided to try sensa for myself. When I told one of my colleagues about this product she laughed and said if you decide to get that product I will think you're dumb. She reminded me that it was just going to play a psychological game with my mind.

Alright, I can understand that, but well, if Sensa will actually help me to loose weight, even if it is psychological then what the heck, why not do it.

Besides, they say that Sensa is all Natural, ingredients are on their website, the only ingredient that concerns me is silica. Yep, the kind you find in shoes or little packets to keep things safe. Apparently, they say all the ingredients can be found in lots of food. And Silica is not dangerous to eat. I researched about silica on the web also.

So, I received my Sensa order a week ago. Here is my Sensa Diet Results:

Sensa Review Week 1

Week 1- I was excited to get it so quickly. I'm on the 30 day trial period program. Price after 30 days will be $89.95 and monthly thereafter. I know that might sound a bit pricey, but think about it. All the money you spend buying exercise DVD's paying for gym fees and expensive healthy food, what else can you loose?

At first, I felt scared about taking the product. I sprinkled, but had to attend 3 luau parties in one weekend. I felt ashamed to take my sprinkles to the party with people probably wondering what I was sprinkling. That would be the only problem, being ashamed of ridicule. So, I kept my sprinkles home. Besides the parties, I made sure that I sprinkled on everything, including candy.

Results: I didn't feel any difference. I guess I needed to understand my body and it's signals. Of course, I didn't loose weight, well, because I forgot to sprinkle sensa on my party food. Which was often this week. Honestly I've been fluctuating between 159 and 161. Of course, the more often I exercised the more I stayed at 159. I am so obsessed with my weight right now I check if I've lost weight every single day. That I should stop so i do not get disappointed. Sensa will send you support emails and it's nice to hear that most women experience weight loss after more than 2 months of use. So, I will keep to it.

After 2 consecutive days of use, without party interruptions I was able to feel full a lot quicker and noticed I ate less at lunch or dinner time. I also got my new order of Shaklee's Cinch meals for breakfast.

Sensa Side Effects

No bowel movement problems. No headaches. I wonder if Sensa makes you sensitive to the sun? I've been feeling my allergies a lot more stronger now. Not sure if it's because I've been working in the garden and the hot Hawaiian sun or if it's related to Sensa at all.

Sensa Not For Me

Sensa Results: 3 Months later3 months later. I am still 162 pounds. You know why? Because I was traveling so much and went camping a lot. I couldn't sprinkle on all my food. I was ashamed to show others that I was gullible enough to even try this.

After 1 1/2 months of sprinkling I couldn't see the difference. I fluctuated between 159 and 162 lbs.

Most of the lost was due to actual exercise and eating less. What's the point of taking sensa when I had to mentally set myself to portion all my food. I wasn't just feeling full. I had to remind myself that I was fool.

I think it's a mind game. I couldn't handle the $89 dollar price tag and decided to cancel my order.
